Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. There are no subscriptions and no additional required payments.

PhiFrame is a creative tool. You own every photo you take with it, and you are responsible for how you use the app and the photos you create, including respecting the privacy and rights of others when photographing people or places.

We work hard to make PhiFrame reliable, but the app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or work perfectly on every device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including lost or damaged photos. Purchases, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple through the App Store under Apple's terms.

We may update the app and these terms from time to time; continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
